Lead from the front as a player-coach Sales Team Lead responsible for a team of ~5 Account Executives while maintaining your own quota. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives (≈5) including setting quotas, providing feedback, and ramping new AEs.
•Own and manage a portion of the team’s pipeline while running your own enterprise deals and modeling best practices for the team.
•Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, ensuring deals are qualified and multi-threaded with clear CRM documentation.
•Refine sales motion, playbooks, and messaging; collaborate with marketing/BDR to optimize pipeline coverage and product feedback.
•Represent Conveo in external engagements and build relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise brands.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•Confident engaging C-level and senior stakeholders in large global organizations.
