Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to understand requirements, negotiate priorities, and clarify product needs.
  • •Build, socialize, and align a roadmap for context engineering capabilities using Elastic-powered retrieval and relevance for AI agents.
  • •Stay on top of the AI agent market, major players, and trends to inform product strategy.
  • •Work with data science and engineering to develop the strategy for benchmarking and evaluations of agent capabilities.
  • •Serve as product expert and evangelize Agent Builder capabilities through content such as blog posts and open source projects.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products, leading data-intensive products from inception through launch and growth.
  • •Deep AI/ML fluency including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering; comfortable partnering with engineers and data scientists on technical challenges.
  • •Strong bias to action—learn quickly from experiments and tests and use AI tools to accelerate decisions.
  • •Ability to lead across a matrixed organization and align stakeholders to a common vision in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • •Outstanding spoken and written communication skills to translate complex engineering details for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
