Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Loula’s screening process and introductory call to assess partnership fit.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation, OR 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at 3 births as a doula.

  • •Must be located in California and meet the minimum qualifications to move forward with an introductory meeting.
