Serve as a customer-facing advisor leading end-to-end deployments of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. Define AI strategy and roadmaps, run design workshops, and architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance. Own delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and adoption/consumption metrics, coordinating closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume.
•Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and agent design sessions.
•Architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
•Manage engagement delivery end-to-end timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics by identifying blockers and driving measurable value realization.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
