Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders, suppliers, and design teams to deliver compliant industrial construction projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips, and forecast/update milestones and budget.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, and ensure application of best practices.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and conduct independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Provide technical support to owners and contractors, including cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance; respond to RFIs.
