Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, validate, and maintain manufacturing methods, process flows, assembly procedures, and operation sequences.
  • •Partner with Design Engineering, NPI, Quality, and Operations to support transitions from Engineering to Manufacturing and achieve manufacturability, scalability, quality, and cost objectives.
  • •Review, launch, approve, and execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), process changes, work instruction updates, and configuration management activities.
  • •Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, improve ergonomics, and enhance capacity using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop manufacturing documentation; collaborate with Test Engineering on test procedures and fixtures; analyze manufacturing/quality/test data to drive root-cause investigations and CAPA using structured problem-solving.

Salary: USD 65,500 - 90,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •0–2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, industrial engineering, or New Product Introduction environments.
  • •Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering documentation, mechanical assemblies, and production operations.
  • •Experience analyzing data and using problem-solving methodologies to investigate manufacturing or quality-related issues.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
