Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion a unified product vision across the product portfolio, from core Word experience to associated offerings.
  • •Build, manage, and mentor a small team of Product Managers, establishing product team culture and processes.
  • •Own the product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs between customer value and long-term platform bets.
  • •Partner with engineering and design to drive execution via clear specs, feedback loops, and effective launches.
  • •Lead go-to-market coordination and ensure releases drive adoption while serving as the voice of the customer using research and data.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead product at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (Series A–C), ideally in vertical AI, legaltech, or professional services.
  • •Experience managing PMs, including hiring, feedback, and holding a high bar without micromanaging.
  • •Think in systems to balance portfolio strategy with detailed user flow and edge cases.
  • •Have shipped end-to-end products and explain what made launches succeed (or what to improve).
  • •Deep curiosity about AI, including model capabilities and agent limitations, separating hype from real leverage.
