Job Summary

Own the entire product function for an AI copilot used by transactional lawyers. Set a unified product vision across the Word experience and beyond, lead and grow a small team of Product Managers, and take end-to-end ownership of the roadmap, prioritization, and launch execution. Partner closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customer teams to translate customer and data insights into shipped products and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and champion a unified product vision across the product portfolio, from core Word experience to associated offerings.
•Build, manage, and mentor a small team of Product Managers, establishing product team culture and processes.
•Own the product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs between customer value and long-term platform bets.
•Partner with engineering and design to drive execution via clear specs, feedback loops, and effective launches.
•Lead go-to-market coordination and ensure releases drive adoption while serving as the voice of the customer using research and data.

•Have shipped end-to-end products and explain what made launches succeed (or what to improve).
•Deep curiosity about AI, including model capabilities and agent limitations, separating hype from real leverage.
