Key Responsibilities

  • •Financially manage projects, including cash flow, forecasts (cost/revenue and cost at completion), expense monitoring, collections support, backlog review, and cost reconciliations.
  • •Oversee subcontractors by managing the RFQ process, awarding subcontracts, and ensuring subcontractor execution.
  • •Manage change orders and lead project administration, including scope/cost/schedule validation, compliance, documentation, safety guidelines, and maintaining project schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and Project Management (or an appropriate engineering/construction project management degree as a plus).
