Controls Project Manager

Lead controls projects end-to-end, managing project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Oversee contract document review for risk, manage change orders, forecasts, expenses, collections support, and backlog reviews. Coordinate qualified subcontractors (RFQ, awards, execution) and collaborate with technicians on tasking, schedules, communications, and control submittals. Serve as the established stakeholder point of contact for multi-building and complex controls portfolios.
