Job Summary

Lead the distressed-asset recovery team for FAB, directing the recovery strategy across domestic and international portfolios. •Manage the team’s portfolio to achieve financial targets in collections and recoveries
•Lead and motivate a team of professionals to drive maximum recoveries and timely turnarounds
•Provide financial counselling and credit counselling services to distressed customers
•Oversee restructures, settlements, and negotiations with clients, including potential legal actions
•Ensure compliance with code of conduct and regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML, and coordinate with internal units and external counsel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
•8+ years of experience in consumer banking, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
•Experience managing distressed assets, collections, and recovery strategies
•Proven leadership of large teams and ability to coordinate across multiple units and external parties
•Strong knowledge of KYC/AML frameworks and regulatory compliance
