Key Responsibilities

  • •Design electronic circuit boards and systems including MCUs, communication busses (USB, Ethernet, MIPI), digital/analog interfaces, power distribution, EMI, and ESD circuits.
  • •Create PCB designs for flight avionics, guidance, communication systems, and power distribution using Altium Designer (preferred).
  • •Prototype rapidly using lab tools, then test and evaluate prototypes with test equipment to confirm design integrity and performance.
  • •Produce and maintain detailed design documentation, CAD drawings, and product specifications for boards and system designs.
  • •Collaborate with quality, regulatory, mechanical, system, and test teams to ensure designs meet quality/reliability/safety and defense/export control requirements, including integration of electrical components into vehicle harnessing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •10 years of full-time work experience (or involvement in student competition/design teams such as FSAE, drone club, or rocket club).
  • •Proficiency in electrical design software such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
  • •Experience designing high-performance MCUs and high-speed digital/analog, power, and interface ICs.
  • •Strong understanding of power systems and analog/digital electronics, including schematic, layout, and stackup design for high-speed signals and power delivery.
