Job Summary

Senior-level geologist responsible for providing technical guidance on multi-site environmental projects, conducting subsurface investigations, geophysical surveys, and data analysis across soils, groundwater, and sediments. Leads site assessments, Phase I/II ESAs, and remediation planning while ensuring QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Determine data collection methods for environmental data across soil, groundwater, and other media for projects and surveys.
•Assist with environmental site assessments (Phase I and II) and environmental databases research.
•Coordinate site investigation, subsurface boring oversight, and monitoring of groundwater and extraction wells.
•Oversee drilling subcontractors during sampling, well installations, and abandonment activities.
•Prepare technical reports and visualizations (maps, cross-sections, groundwater modeling) to communicate findings and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or closely related discipline.
•5 to 7 years of experience working as a Geologist.
•Analytical skills with proficiency in geological research techniques and protocols.
•Working knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
•Experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM) and drilling methods (direct-push, hollow-stem auger, etc.)
