Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver portfolio and Portfolio Management Office services by embedding, governing, and assuring portfolio management frameworks and control processes.
  • •Lead and execute small to medium-scale transformation and real estate portfolios, and materially support large-scale portfolio delivery and measurable benefits.
  • •Establish and maintain portfolio governance, performance management, and assurance frameworks, ensuring high-quality reporting, data integrity, and effective financial oversight.
  • •Implement reporting cycles and leverage data analytics to provide real-time insights, monitor KPIs, and support executive-level decision-making with dashboards and executive reporting.
  • •Drive financial monitoring, budget updates, cost reporting, procurement coordination, and contract administration; lead identification of programme risks and integrate appropriate safeguards including health and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in portfolio or programme delivery, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Capital Projects.
  • •Strong understanding of portfolio/programme/project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and controls, with relevant accreditation or practical application of recognised standards (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, APM).
  • •Experience establishing and maintaining portfolio or programme controls, including RAID management, action tracking, change control, dependency management, and assurance activities.
  • •Advanced analytical and reporting capability, including interpreting performance data, monitoring KPIs, and producing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
  • •Experience leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
