Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer needs to determine functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into system specifications, use cases, and high-level architectures.
  • •Coordinate technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and enable timely proposal submission.
  • •Develop integrated solution designs and proposal content that identify risks, dependencies, and contingencies while mapping requirements to methodologies and service catalogs.
  • •Research and coordinate resources for costing and estimation, including obtaining vendor quotes for materials and travel expenses and ensuring cost inputs are traceable to requirements.
  • •Manage and generate proposal documentation and technical briefings/reporting while mentoring junior staff and applying continuous improvement best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in requirements engineering, systems engineering, project management, and/or proposal development/support for technical/engineering efforts.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing bids for engineering or IT infrastructure proposals aligned to customer needs and solicitation requirements.
  • •Experience creating and managing technical documentation, program-related messaging, and customer deliverables such as briefings and reports.
  • •Experience gathering customer requirements and understanding enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g., data center management lifecycle, desktop/end-user computing, unified communications, end-user device support, video & A/V).
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain a CI polygraph.
