Key Responsibilities

  • •Service, troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain aircraft avionics and ground support equipment in support of test and sustainment activities.
  • •Modify, install, and test electronics and mechanical equipment for customer and company modification and test efforts.
  • •Correct major and minor discrepancies by repairing or replacing defective avionics, electrical systems, payloads, and subsystems.
  • •Perform scheduled maintenance and functional checks on aircraft avionics, electrical systems, and subsystems; conduct preflight maintenance.
  • •Load and maintain software configuration, upkeep mission-planning information, perform ground operations (launch/recovery/engine run-up), and document/report aircraft readiness.

Salary: USD 47 - 62 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of aircraft avionics experience and 5+ years of developmental flight test experience.
  • •Extensive experience installing, troubleshooting, and checking flight test instrumentation systems, including wiring and associated components.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings and draft procedures accurately and translate technical specifications into practice.
  • •Capable of independent work, time management, and making decisions with limited supervision.
  • •Active TS Clearance (investigation within 5 years or continuous evaluation).
