Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of natural gas-fired power generation projects supporting hyperscale data centers, overseeing FEED and EPC phases from NTP through Commercial Operation. Manage Owner’s Engineer and EPC contractors to deliver safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements, driving design maturity and bankable FEED packages.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of gas-fired power generation projects (combined cycle, simple cycle, and/or reciprocating engine plants) from FEED through EPC and COD
•Single point of responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
•Drive project delivery in alignment with data center power requirements (reliability, availability, ramping)
•Ensure project readiness for financing and investment decisions, including alignment with lender and Independent Engineer requirements
•Manage and coordinate FEED contractor and Owner’s Engineer activities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
•10+ years of experience in power generation project execution
•Demonstrated experience managing FEED and EPC phases of large-scale energy projects
•Strong knowledge of natural gas–fired generation technologies (GT, CC, RICE)
•Experience managing EPC contractors and Owner’s Engineer relationships
