•Lead and inspire a high performing Environment team, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, safety and quality across project delivery.
•Drive strategic growth by building strong client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to proposals and bids.
•Oversee successful delivery of Contaminated Land and Environmental Impact Assessment projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring client and business expectations are met.
•Mentor and develop team members at all levels, supporting technical capability, career growth and future leadership development.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, using communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Environmental Science or a related discipline, with ideally 10+ years of in Environment Consulting experience
•Demonstrated experience delivering environmental projects and strong understanding of impact assessments and contamination investigations
•Australian citizenship is preferred due to defence-related requirements, and experience working within Defence environments will be highly regarded
•Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with a passion for mentoring, collaboration and developing high performing teams
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
