Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter, clean, and prepare HP data collected through program initiatives.
  • •Assist in building and maintaining databases/spreadsheets capturing performance metrics, wellness indicators, and program participation information.
  • •Collaborate with strength coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, psychologists, and cognitive enhancement specialists to identify opportunities for meaningful human performance data collection.
  • •Support preparation of basic reports and presentations communicating trends, participation metrics, and readiness insights for program leadership.
  • •Access Government systems to manage and analyze human performance data.
