Job Summary

Senior Account Executive responsible for acquiring new customers in the ANZ Digital Native ecosystem and expanding adoption with early-stage MongoDB customers building AI-powered applications. Partners with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, engaging founders, CTOs and engineering leaders to move customers from experimentation to production-scale MongoDB usage.

Key Responsibilities

•Win new customers across the ANZ Digital Native ecosystem
•Help early-stage MongoDB customers expand their adoption as they build and scale AI-powered applications
•Engage technical and business stakeholders across founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, product teams and developers to move from experimentation to production-scale applications
•Collaborate with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft teams and ecosystem partners, and participate in AI-focused events and startup communities
•Serve as a trusted advisor to innovative companies navigating modernization, cloud transformation and AI adoption

Key Requirements

•5+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience
•Proven track record of new business acquisition and quota attainment
•Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
•Self-starter with a strong hunter mindset and passion for building pipeline
•Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
