Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of Attio’s marketing website, keeping it fast, high-quality, and aligned with brand and business needs.
  • •Translate high-fidelity designs into polished, performant, and accessible user experiences using modern frontend technologies.
  • •Collaborate with Studio, Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth to deliver ambitious creative concepts and user experience polish.
  • •Lead complex website initiatives from concept through launch, balancing creativity with feasibility and technical constraints.
  • •Continuously improve frontend architecture, tooling, and maintainability of the marketing stack, and raise engineering standards through clean code and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building production-ready websites using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
  • •Strong visual design ability with experience interpreting design systems, typography, spacing, animation, and layout, and comfort working in Figma.
  • •Experience designing scalable website architecture, design systems, and workflows for consistent, long-term maintainability.
  • •Proven track record leading website projects end-to-end from concept through delivery and coordinating stakeholders.
  • •Strong product judgement across UX, interaction design, web best practices, and balancing aesthetics, usability, performance, and business objectives.
