Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand DevDawg and Spice, enabling safe cloud development environments with automated review and root-cause tooling for real pull requests.
  • •Build shared, consistent API-layer primitives including REST/GraphQL schema, OpenAPI, realtime support, and required auth/permission plumbing.
  • •Modernize backend framework capabilities (e.g., Flask to FastAPI) with clear defaults and migration paths adopted by other teams.
  • •Own production observability and readiness, ensuring recurring issues get root-caused and owned instead of repeatedly re-triaged.
  • •Define guardrails for coding agents (static analysis, linting, hooks, and test harnesses) so agent-written code can be safely merged at volume.
