Job Summary

Experienced programme manager sought to lead the regional Programme Management Office for a global Life Sciences client. You will provide subject-matter expertise in Life Sciences capital programs, manage PMO resources, and drive value delivery and cross-regional knowledge transfer within Turner & Townsend’s real estate project delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the regional Programme Management Office, the key client interface for all Life Sciences related stakeholders in the region.
•Provide subject-matter expertise to the client in all areas of new build, capital programs and projects in Life Sciences, bridging the opportunity and deliverables to the client’s enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
•Manage and leverage the resources available at the Program Management Office, and the wider Turner & Townsend business to provide a high-value service to the client.
•Build on the legacy as a trusted partner with the client, bringing value delivery to the Program Management Office service, providing advisory based on sector and industry knowledge.
•Provide the key link between the peer regions, program management teams, the client’s internal and external delivery teams, and supporting business units, driving excellence in capital programs.

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge and mastery in the planning and delivery of real estate new build, capital programs and projects.
