Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, manage, and validate AI Compute/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers.
  • •Serve as a domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
  • •Provide handover documentation and conduct knowledge transfers to support customer rollouts.
  • •Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
  • •Help ensure customer resolutions by analyzing, defining, and implementing large-scale AI Compute projects involving networking, system design, automation, and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services, solving problems for hardware and software products.
  • •Strong Linux system administration, including process management, package management, scheduling, kernel management, boot troubleshooting, and performance reporting/logging.
  • •Scripting proficiency with Bash, Python, and/or Ansible.
  • •Experience with cluster management and provisioning for bare-metal servers, plus schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, and/or UGE.
  • •A minimum four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience; travel to US customer sites up to 20%.
