Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering/operations team of 65 personnel across Alexandria, VA; Kearneysville, WV; and nationwide telework locations.
  • •Oversee 24/7/365 Tier 2/3 network operations helpdesk spanning both NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
  • •Approve, execute, and maintain network configurations, architectures, and upgrade validation through dedicated test environments.
  • •Direct daily network operations across engineering, security, and operations branches, including scheduling deployments and resolving failed installations.
  • •Monitor and remediate network compliance, guide advanced troubleshooting, maintain configuration/topology documentation, and brief leadership through Change Control Board reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School plus 12+ years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
  • •Active Secret clearance.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams managing enterprise network environments at large scale.
  • •Strong secure networking experience for SIPRNet, including TACLANE KG-175D/KG-175F topology mapping and command-line fundamentals for Cisco routers and switches.
