Job Summary

Drive sales for Watsons by delivering excellent customer service and using in-depth beauty product knowledge to recommend and upsell items that fit customers’ preferences. Manage inventory, merchandising, planograms, price tags, and product shelf life. Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with company policies and grooming/attendance standards, and monitor store KPIs and shrinkage. Contribute to promotions setup and complete personal development plans on time.

•Recommend and select beauty products using product knowledge to support sales.
•Use suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.

•Monitor product availability (including GOBE) and ensure safekeeping of merchandise to prevent loss and damage.
•Support operations and compliance by maintaining cleanliness, following company policies, and monitoring store KPIs such as P&L and shrinkage.

•2 to 4 years of retail experience in the beauty or fashion sector.
