Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver an exceptional, consumer-centric customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales goals by tracking KPIs. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, inventory/shipping, and visual merchandising standards while upholding safety and company policies. Foster an inclusive team environment and support local community initiatives.

•Support the store leadership team and drive class-leading customer experience through genuine interactions.
•Coach and develop associates to deliver high customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Support stockroom operations: organize inventory, process shipments, and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory integrity through shipping/receiving and loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 26.88 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) or demonstrated hands-on experience and achievements.
•Ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing, diverse teams.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
•Comfort using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools; ability to perform physical tasks on the sales floor as needed.
