Job Summary

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven Personal Banker in a branch setting, uncovering financial wellness opportunities through in-person and proactive phone conversations. Build and deepen relationships with individuals and small businesses, aiming to meet activity and sales goals while opening and managing accounts and lending products. Partner with branch teams and business line professionals, ensure compliance and proper documentation, and support branch operations as needed (including teller assistance and Saturday work as directed).

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and demonstrating the impact of service on clients’ personal and financial needs.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and related deposit/lending products (e.g., checking, small business, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation, and support branch operations including teller assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•1+ years of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile/apps/web browsing).
