•Lead engineering delivery for the SP&S product and technology portfolio, translating priorities into safe, compliant, manufacturable product and technology designs.
•Convert product roadmaps, technology themes, and key-account priorities into integrated engineering delivery plans.
•Provide strategic leadership for new product and technology development programs, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities, business objectives, and customer requirements.
•Lead and guide the Product Engineering Leadership team across product lines, aligning priorities, capabilities, and resources with portfolio objectives.
•Resolve escalated cross-product dependencies, resource conflicts, and technical risks, and support governance reviews, technical approvals, and qualification readiness.
