Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and configure complex ArcGIS across varied environments to meet customer service level agreements.
  • •Plan and execute migration of content between ArcGIS deployments with different architectures, deployment strategies, and software components.
  • •Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments and provide guidance for storage, networking, and security platform components.
  • •Work with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
  • •Collaborate internally to align customer technical objectives and business goals with Esri’s technology platform.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional experience in a similar system engineering role supporting comparable responsibilities.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and/or administering enterprise ArcGIS or comparable IT systems (desktop, server, and online).
  • •Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#).
  • •US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
