Key Responsibilities

  • •Own performance management practices, including bi-annual feedback and performance cycles.
  • •Lead promotion processes and calibration practices to support differentiated talent decisions.
  • •Drive talent reviews and succession planning with clear operating rhythms, inputs, and decision frameworks.
  • •Develop talent frameworks, performance standards, and calibration guidance; partner with PBPs and functional leaders to translate talent themes into action.
  • •In partnership with People Operations, lead configuration and continuous improvement of systems powering talent management, and own company-wide comms and engagement related to programming rollouts and timelines.
