Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers on products, promotions, and events, and contribute to an enjoyable team environment.
  • •Assist in multiple store areas, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support day-to-day retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, and loyalty program promotions.
  • •Follow asset protection policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance, while maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
