Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operational processes, governance, and enablement systems for Technical Solutions Enablement.
  • •Manage operational delivery of enablement platforms and processes, including LMS, CMS, reporting, and program support.
  • •Execute the knowledge management operating model, including taxonomy, publishing standards, content lifecycle management, and discoverability.
  • •Establish and maintain operational processes, templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures to improve consistency and execution quality.
  • •Maintain operational reporting and partner on continuous improvement to evolve reporting, analytics, and system capabilities.

Key Requirements
