Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
•Vacuum, mop floors, polish and generally ensure the upkeep of all communal areas and residents’ bedrooms.
•Maintain housekeeping stocks for day-to-day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as you go.
•Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and support day-to-day care home operations.
•Collaborate with other teams to ensure residents are kept happy and comfortable in their home.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in maintaining high cleanliness standards in a care home or similar setting.
•Ability to vacuum, mop floors, polish and clean communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
•Manage housekeeping stocks and raise issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as you go.
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work with other teams to keep residents happy.
•Flexible with hours: 16 hours per week, alternate weekends.
