Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by driving merchandising changes aligned with directives in partnership with the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with the management team using payroll management and zone/visual support adjustments.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual leadership to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Lead daily team operations and guest experience through coaching, guidance, recruitment/development, and ongoing performance feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making.
  • •Values feedback and is receptive to coaching and guidance.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, and safely move around the retail floor (including climbing/ladder use).
