Job Summary

Join the Telco Client Solutions team to build long-term partnerships with direct clients and agencies. Act as a product expert, educating partners on solutions, best practices, and new ad features to drive adoption and business growth. Analyze campaign performance to deliver data-driven insights, lead campaign kickoffs, manage timelines and optimization opportunities, and support strategic product adoption through consultative business reviews. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and international product/engineering partners to resolve client issues.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Educate clients and agency partners on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth.
•Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve outcomes, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency.
•Manage and grow client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption.
•Conduct regular business reviews using a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships with Brand Partnership Managers.
•Lead campaign kickoffs, oversee timelines and asset delivery, identify optimization opportunities, and liaise with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, or digital marketing/advertising.
•3+ years of experience in Telco/Tech.
•3+ years of media planning expertise and advertising effectiveness/measurement.
•Hands-on campaign management across digital platforms and advertising tech products, including ad tech product knowledge for telco.
•Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; client-facing experience.
