Pipeline Rehabilitation Discipline Lead

Provide technical leadership for water pipeline rehabilitation projects, including evaluation, design, rehabilitation, and condition assessment of water and wastewater conveyance systems. Collaborate with pipeline design experts to develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and deliver engineering leadership across design-bid-build and collaborative delivery models. Mentor junior and intermediate staff, perform quality assurance and technical reviews, produce technical writing for engineering reports, and support strategy, growth, and client engagement in the Pacific Northwest.
