Assistant Chinese Restaurant Manager 中餐厅副经理

Assist the Chinese Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and managing the outlet team in line with Kempinski and hotel standards. Coordinate day-to-day operations with the culinary team, support cost and expense control, and drive revenue through upselling and value-added recommendations. Step in as duty manager when needed, handle guest enquiries and complaints, ensure cleanliness and outlet procedures, and help prepare reports and monthly performance analysis while growing into the Restaurant/Outlet Manager role.
