Job Summary

Own end-to-end planning, control, and monitoring of product availability by ensuring reliable supply. Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies aligned to business goals, driving continuous process optimization. Identify and manage supplier and supply risks, and initiate escalation and improvement actions. Analyze and standardize supply-chain processes, supporting digitalization and transformation projects while partnering cross-functionally and managing KPI reporting and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure demand-driven planning, control, and monitoring of product supply and secure product availability.
•Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies to achieve business objectives and continuously optimize processes.
•Identify and manage supplier and supply risks and initiate appropriate escalation and improvement measures.
•Analyze, standardize, and further develop processes across the entire supply chain, supporting digitalization and transformation projects.
•Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, Merchandising, and Operations) and manage national and international suppliers and service providers, including KPI reporting and performance management.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, plus several years of relevant supply-chain experience.
•Strong expertise in supply chain management, including planning, controlling, and optimizing product flows and ensuring efficient product availability.
•Experience developing and implementing supply-chain and procurement strategies, including risk management, escalation management, and continuous process improvement.
•Analytical skills with a strong affinity for KPI management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, including experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and analysis tools.
•Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions, managing suppliers and service providers, and excellent German and English skills.
