Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure demand-driven planning, control, and monitoring of product supply and secure product availability.
  • •Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies to achieve business objectives and continuously optimize processes.
  • •Identify and manage supplier and supply risks and initiate appropriate escalation and improvement measures.
  • •Analyze, standardize, and further develop processes across the entire supply chain, supporting digitalization and transformation projects.
  • •Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, Merchandising, and Operations) and manage national and international suppliers and service providers, including KPI reporting and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, plus several years of relevant supply-chain experience.
  • •Strong expertise in supply chain management, including planning, controlling, and optimizing product flows and ensuring efficient product availability.
  • •Experience developing and implementing supply-chain and procurement strategies, including risk management, escalation management, and continuous process improvement.
  • •Analytical skills with a strong affinity for KPI management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, including experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and analysis tools.
  • •Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions, managing suppliers and service providers, and excellent German and English skills.
