Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and publish content using established calendars and AI-assisted workflows, including proofreading and refining AI-generated copy.
  • •Create design assets such as email headers and social graphics, and schedule social media posting across client accounts.
  • •Manage lifecycle nurture emails via the CRM/marketing platform, including design support, list segmentation, scheduling, and performance optimization.
  • •Publish and format content in client CMS platforms (including WordPress) and support broader campaign launch needs with required content and assets.
  • •Support end-of-month performance reporting, manage tasks/deadlines in the project-management system, track time across accounts, and identify/resolve process gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,700 - 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in content marketing, email marketing, or a similar marketing generalist role.
  • •Proven execution of content and email marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts or similar environments.
  • •Experience with a CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred but not required).
  • •Experience using AI tools for marketing and content workflows (including Claude familiarity as a plus).
  • •Basic familiarity with design collaboration and CMS publishing (WordPress experience is a plus).
