Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and organization leaders to understand unique talent needs.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating position descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, advising partners, and negotiating offers.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans and own candidate development from identification and engagement through closing.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters and help promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
  • •Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.

Salary: USD 109,900 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or 3 years in human resources, or a combination of recruiting/HR/client consulting.
  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting (full life cycle, research, and sourcing).
  • •2+ years consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while building strong working relationships.
  • •Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
