Job Summary

Own supplier performance improvement for on-time delivery by identifying flow constraints, driving mitigation plans, and co-leading Supplier Business Reviews and Rate Readiness Reviews. Lead/co-lead production meetings with suppliers, remove barriers to delivery of parts, and manage completion of projects such as indicator data collection, material tracking, and quality notification closures. Collaborate across leadership levels and suppliers while working primarily from home and traveling frequently in the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify constraints to develop improvement and mitigation plans for on-time supplier delivery.
•Co-lead cross-functional supplier performance reviews including Supplier Business Reviews and Rate Readiness Reviews.
•Lead/co-lead production meetings with suppliers to drive operational effectiveness.
•Remove barriers to business goals for on-time delivery of parts and facilitate quality notification communication and closures.
•Lead projects to completion using project management and process improvement disciplines, including indicator data collection, gap review, material coverage and tracking, and sub-tier management support.

Key Requirements

•A college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience.
•Reside in the Northeast US area (CT, MA, NH, RI, PA, NJ, or NY).
•U.S. Citizen (U.S. citizenship is required).
•Ability to travel up to 80% of your time within the Northeast region, and be on-site at suppliers 80% of the time.
•Experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management (or related field) is preferred.
