Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as workload manager for consultation requests submitted through official channels and other intake methods.
  • •Consult with end-users to gather requirements, assess fit with existing solutions, and prioritize requests for design, testing, and implementation.
  • •Define and maintain asset management standards for voice infrastructure hardware and ensure standards consistency across the organization.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria for non-standard voice service requests.
  • •Establish KPIs and SLAs for service quality, availability, and affordability; facilitate review boards and drive continuous improvement and automation.
