Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate capacity modelling for an assigned Fab area.
  • •Apply industrial engineering concepts to capacity analysis, line management, scheduling, and production planning.
  • •Use statistical analysis to maintain and audit manufacturing capacity information.
  • •Design and coordinate projects across multiple departments, preparing inputs for scenario studies and driving continuous enhancements to plans.
  • •Evaluate and run what-if scenarios for modelling changes and coordinate capital purchases and capacity changes with corporate planning and purchasing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science, with a preference for a Bachelor’s in Industrial Systems Engineering (ISE).
  • •Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; demonstrated leadership and impact are highly desirable.
