Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive the implementation of global supply readiness and inventory strategy, including resource planning and communication tools.
  • •Serve as single owner for site inventory management and perform DIO optimization and Material/Site planner disposition activities (excess & obsolescence, reserve, scrap).
  • •Act as point of contact for site initiatives, projects, and escalations; serve as site audit SPS point of contact and process owner for “Manage Materials”.
  • •Drive warehouse capacity readiness with Materials Planning and Manufacturing to support production ramp.
  • •Lead “Manage Source to Pay” metrics performance, weekly WOS status updates (including NPI materials), and incoming quality issue resolution (GR and invoice/pricing discrepancies).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering, purchasing/procurement, and/or supply chain.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • •Ability to communicate, influence, and build strong relationships across teams.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
