Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Help build AI-powered demos by prototyping agentic tools, configuring demos on the Celonis platform, and exploring AI-assisted storytelling.
•Collaborate with Value Engineering, Product Marketing, and Industry teams to develop demos that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
•Contribute to demo assets across formats including executive demos, event showcases, product feature demos, and AI use case prototypes.
•Identify manual tasks in the demo lifecycle and propose or prototype automation ideas to reduce effort and improve efficiency.
•Assist with demo QA, environment maintenance, and respond to internal user questions.

Key Requirements

•A curiosity about both business and technology — you’re as interested in understanding why a process breaks down as you are in the tools that fix it.
•Some exposure to SQL and/or Python (coursework counts) — you don’t need to be a developer, but comfort with data is a plus.
•The ability to take a complex idea and tell a clear, compelling story around it.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
