Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and sustain VMware infrastructure by updating, testing, and deploying vSphere/vCenter releases, and reporting issues during deployments.
  • •Manage and administer physical and virtual servers, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, provisioning, maintenance, and security compliance.
  • •Maintain server and virtual environment lifecycle activities (provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning, configuration, and health monitoring).
  • •Implement continuous compliance to information security policies, remediate non-compliances, and support incident response during security breaches.
  • •Troubleshoot and administer storage and network components, integrate new technologies, and support installations, patches, migrations, and backups.

Key Requirements

  • •TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph.
  • •8+ years of experience with a BA/BS, plus 10+ years of related experience.
  • •Working competency with Windows Server and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Hypervisors such as Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, or Xen.
  • •Experience with intrusion detection/prevention, forensic analysis/vulnerability assessment, Group Policy management, and scripting.
  • •DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification and hands-on storage expertise including NetApp and SAN/NAS/iSCSI.
