Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and/or self-perform hazardous building materials and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients.
  • •Collaborate with licensed/certified professionals and technical/regulatory specialists on survey/investigation and abatement/remediation design work.
  • •Provide technical and regulatory leadership for hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects throughout New England, the US, and internationally.
  • •Develop proposals (scope, budgets, and schedules) and manage/review technical work and field activities to meet regulatory and contract requirements.
  • •Review and prepare reports, work plans, and technical memorandums; analyze data and support conclusions while supporting business development and mentoring staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus at least 8 years of experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience performing and managing hazardous building material (asbestos, lead paint, etc.) surveys and abatement oversight plus design and/or industrial hygiene projects.
  • •Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience.
  • •Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector certification.
  • •Must have New England state-specific licenses/certifications pertaining to asbestos (MA, ME, NH, CT) or be eligible to obtain them; valid driver’s license and pass MVR review.
