Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and sales/service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and drive cross-selling through meetings, tele-consulting, and outside presentations. Partner with Business Partners to refer customers and support account growth while processing teller transactions and following risk and compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete onboarding/education program rotations and earn certification to demonstrate skills for the Retail Personal Banker role.
•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions aligned to value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and drive cross-selling.
•Process teller transactions, participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, and support opening/closing activities while following risk and confidentiality policies.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to follow retail policies and procedures and demonstrate professional communication and representation of the bank.
