•Support the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and policies.
•Contribute to execution of HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
•Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
•Partner with HR colleagues, managers, and business stakeholders to create tools, resources, and process improvements.
•Provide HR service delivery and advisory support to employees and leaders, including guidance on HR-related matters and compliance with policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
•Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and exposure to HR disciplines such as Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
