Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure awareness among project managers regarding Safety.
  • •Prepare, implement, and monitor the construction project EHS plan.
  • •Lead safety meetings with the client and trades, and supervise client EHS oversight resources (including outsourced competent persons).
  • •Assess and approve contractor safety plans and review/comment on high-risk activities.
  • •Lead investigations and root cause analysis and provide safety support and guidance to meet client safety requirements and local codes.

Key Requirements

  • •+8 years’ experience in EHS lead management positions.
  • •Demonstrable experience on large, complex construction projects; data center experience preferred.
  • •Practiced in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments.
  • •Strong communication skills, with the ability to visualize issues and communicate them effectively.
  • •Spanish and English speaking and writing; comfortable being client-facing and managing stakeholder relationships.
