Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions for enterprise clients, including provisioning policies, user assignments, images, and Cloud PC lifecycle management.
  • •Support migrations from traditional desktop, VDI, Citrix, VMware, and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
  • •Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune architectures, device compliance policies, endpoint security policies, Conditional Access integrations, and patching management.
  • •Maintain Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE) including security baselines, device hardening standards, and deployment/upgrade methodologies.
  • •Package, deploy, and automate enterprise applications (Win32, MSI, EXE) with detection rules, deployment rings, rollback strategies, and remediation support.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering modern endpoint management, Windows engineering, Intune deployments, and Windows 365 or virtual desktop solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot.
  • •Experience packaging and deploying enterprise applications using Win32, MSI, EXE, and PowerShell-based deployment methods.
  • •Demonstrated device security and compliance experience, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, endpoint security controls, and Conditional Access.
  • •Experience migrating from legacy endpoint management platforms (e.g., MECM/SCCM) and VDI environments such as Citrix and VMware VDI.
